Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Navigo Fintech handles business contact and project information supplied through ordinary enquiries and agreed engagements.

Do not send passwords, bank credentials, full ledgers, personal identity documents or confidential client records through the public website or ordinary email. A suitable transfer method and data scope should be agreed before sensitive business information is shared.

Information collected

Navigo may receive a contact name, business email address, company, country, current or preferred system, project type and a short description of the requirement. Additional information is requested only when it is relevant to an agreed discussion or engagement.

How the website enquiry works

The current enquiry form prepares a draft in the visitor’s email application. The website does not store or transmit the form itself. Information reaches Navigo only when the visitor reviews and sends the resulting email.

Responding to business enquiries and arranging discussions.
Assessing service fit and preparing an agreed scope.
Managing delivery, support, records and legitimate business administration.
Meeting applicable contractual or legal obligations.

Sharing and service providers

Navigo does not sell business enquiry information. Limited information may be handled by email, hosting, calendar, document-storage or professional service providers when necessary for the stated purpose. Engagement-specific data access and subcontracting arrangements should be defined before sensitive records are processed.

Retention and security

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, engagement, business records or applicable obligations. Access should be limited to authorised persons and appropriate safeguards selected according to the sensitivity and scope of the information.

International delivery

Remote services and technology providers may involve processing in more than one country. Any material cross-border requirements for client data should be addressed in the engagement’s data terms before access is provided.

Access, correction or deletion requests

For a privacy question or a request concerning business contact information, email solutions@navigofintech.com. Navigo may need reasonable information to verify and respond to the request.

Changes to this notice

This notice must be updated before any future website form, booking database, analytics service or marketing tracker begins collecting information in a different way.
