Website descriptions explain the types of work Navigo Fintech may scope. They do not create an engagement, guarantee suitability or promise a particular result.

Engagement scope

Services begin only after responsibilities, deliverables, dependencies, assumptions, evidence standards, data arrangements, fees and acceptance criteria are agreed in writing. Capability and timing depend on the selected platform, licences, editions, technical feasibility, source-data quality and client participation.

No statutory, legal, tax or investment opinion

Website information and general discussions do not constitute a statutory audit, external assurance opinion, legal advice, tax opinion, investment advice, financing commitment or regulatory certification. Appropriate licensed advisers should be engaged where those services are required.

SOP audit terminology

“SOP audit” means an operational review of procedure documents, actual workflows, responsibilities, approvals and evidence. It does not mean a statutory financial audit or independent assurance engagement.

Implementation and migration

A configuration, customisation or migration is not considered accepted until the tests and evidence defined for that stage have been completed. Clients remain responsible for authorised approvals, source-data ownership, business decisions, licences and final operational acceptance.

Odoo, Zoho Books, TallyPrime and BUSY are products and trademarks of their respective owners. Features, pricing, licences, availability and product policies may change. Navigo Fintech’s stated registered partner relationship applies to Odoo only; no other official partnership or certification is implied.

No guaranteed outcome

Navigo does not guarantee uninterrupted software operation, complete data recovery, audit acceptance, regulatory approval, financing, cost savings or a specific commercial outcome. Any target must be tied to an agreed scope, assumptions and measurable acceptance method.
